A plane carrying Michael King Andrews crashes in the Arctic Circle next to the Fortress of Solitude. Superman rushed out to assist the pilot who unknown to Superman has already memorized the coordinates and location of the Fortress for future use. Two days later, Clark researches the pilot and finds that he has crossed paths with Andrews in the past. In the meantime Andrews has gathered his son and a henchman named Slesar to assist him in a secret project. They kidnap Clark Kent as a deterrent to ward off Superman and fly out to the Fortress of Solitude.

A green globe containing a micro world crashes down to Earth into the observatory of Dr Stanton. A tyrant referring to himself as Atilla-5 hypnotizes Stanton into helping him expand their micro world to full size, where it becomes a threat to the Earth. Flash penetrates the planet but he is quickly subdued by Atillas forces. The Atom comes to the Flash's rescue with the assistance of two native members of the micro planet. Once free, Flash compresses the micro planet back to its original size, ending the threat to Earth.

3.0 Grade - Books in this grade are almost always creased, scuffed, abraded and soiled, but readable. Large pieces can be missing from the cover. Long or many spine splits are possible. The cover and pages many be detached but not missing and is still in a "collectible" grade.
